My BG levels are lower than they used to be. Is this range ok? between 3.2 (dips at night sleeping) and 6 throughout the day. Sometimes it rises to 7.2 after a meal but drops back to 5+.
I'm on rybelsus 7mg and Metformin 2mg. (Diabetic nurse doubled the daily dose in May).
Should I stop or reduce the Metformin to eliminate the hypos?

Metformon doesn't cause hypo's, but Rybelsus can. Maybe lower that dosage, or skip it entirely, after a talk with the nurse?

3.2 is too low. Is this reading from a CGM like Libre 2 or finger prick? If CGM, have you checked its accuracy against finger pricks tests? If you think these readings are bona fide then contact your diabetes nurse to discuss. It would be best if you could do this today.

Best of luck.
