sorry I have another question. I am still trying to get my head round levels and what food I can/can't eat.
My fasting level this morning was slightly higher than normal at 6. I had scrambled eggs and ham for breakfast and 2 hours later my level was 5.6. I had a snack of blueberries and greek yoghurt and 2 hours later my bs level was 6. I had leek and potato soup for lunch with brie and cream and my level 2 hours later was 5.
Does this look OK or is there anything I should avoid (yoghurt?). Although my bs went down after the soup my stomach was bloated which it hasn't been for a while I might give it a miss in future.
What should I look at when I test after meals?
