BG Rise After Taking Multivitamins and Minerals

I take a multivitamin and suddenly the BG rises to 5.9 previously always below 5.6. What multivitamins are suitable for LHCF and do not increase blood sugar?

Look carefully at the ingredients list, some have hidden sugars in the mix/coating. Having said that, a 0.3mmol rise is within error margin of 10%/15% on a meter.

I use it as a safety net as my diet is not great, still evolving.
