Has anyone who started to take birth control pills noticed it screwing with their blood sugars. I first taking mine 3 months ago.. for the first time ever and I have had diabetes 8 years now! And every single morning my blood sugar around 5 am goes sky high and it’s really, really getting me down. I know there are many theories about high blood sugar in the morning however I swear mine is to do with taking these pills!!!! Mine are the lowest estrogen there is. The doctor said that it’s not linked however when reading my insulin manual you first get with the pens it does even say that birth control can effect it!!!
