@Brunneria ......... they'll do and aren't soggy like macaroons but mine only had that real crunch around the edge, longer cooking perhaps.
@jayney27 and @Sue192 a reallly good biscuit, I just wanted to eat morrrrre

Not good @Rachox, yummy and too much so I think I ate 3!!!!!. I made lemon zest and ginger powder... it was a new jar but I imagine freshly grated would be brilliant blended with the lemon zest.. love that.
