Blood Glucose levels

I have been monitoring my BG levels before and after meals. The levels are around 6 and 7 mmols. Occassionally I have been getting 9 or 10mmols. Am I on the right track. I am controlling my diabetes with diet only. Are these ranges ok. :?

You are doing fine. How many times a week do you test. Do you test at the same time?

I am testing everyday after every meal so that I can know i the foods aggre with me. Is that too much. If so what should i be doing :?:
