Sure, understandableCould be "white coat syndrome" my BP is always on the high side at the GP's but home test readings are fine, My DN accepts my readings and/or takes them with an old fashioned stethoscope
I said taht. It's possible. They want me to go back next weekCould be the heat?
Sure, understandable
but i've never had an issue before with BP
Sure, but I can't afford anything like thatMight be worth getting a BP monitor and taking it at home. Sit still and relax for at least five mins, have both feet flat on the floor with your arm supported for the most accurate results.
Sure, but I can't afford anything like that
Ok i thought they'd be more expensive. Anyway it's not something i have the spare cash for right now. The chemists did it for free so I'll have to rely on them
Just a bit concerned. The major downside to keto/low carb is that when people experience these kinds of anomalous or probematic results the communities don't really seem to want to know or have an answer. There are a lot of envagelists who talk up the lifestyle but walk away when someone has a few issues or problems etc.

A glass of beetroot juice in the morning drops your blood pressure
Ive also read that beetroot juice is good for high b.p. ( cant remember why, something to do with relaxing blood vessels) unfortunately, for me at least, its not so good for blood sugars and sends them too highI can't say I've heard of that one Harry. Where did you learn that?
Sure, but I can't afford anything like that
