Glucose C-6H-12O-6 Molecular Weight 180 [ ( 6 x 12 ) + ( 12 x 1 ) + ( 6 x 16 ) ]
1 mol/L Glucose => 180g/L

1 mmol/L => 180mg/L => 18mg/dL

Multiply mmol/L by 18 => mg/dL
Divide mg/dL by 18 => mmol/L

If you google mmol/l to mg/dl you'll find many charts and you can pick one you like. I like this one, as it also gives the different values of hba1c corresponding to average bg:
