Blood sugar monitors

When do you test?
Have you recently changed your diet? (Or where you buy your food.)
Are you sure that you are T2?
 
When you say double figures do you mean 10 or 30 ? Big difference ! Is this a one-off reading or have they been steadily rising ? Need more info really before any meaningful advice can be offered.
