Not really which panics me I can’t not really say what medication he’s on he wants me to keep that info private
He is a type 2 diabetic he’s more likely to have a low sugar level just sometimes but not all the time
Without knowing what medication he is on, everyone will be guessing at answers.

No-one can answer your question without knowing what meds he is on and whether he tests before he drives. On certain meds it is a legal requirement to test before driving.
