Ah, kidneys.. and is 90 good or bad?
what i mostly eat last few months is beans, soya beans, dark rice, brown bread, cheese, goat milk, fruit and veggie,fishes.
i cutted all meat as i became veggie , just fishes and mussles. the beans and rice i eat with some tikka or tomato sause, there is probably some sugars but i dont put in much. cutted smoking 2,5 months ago.
i recently cutted all pure sugars like chocolade, or i eat a bit with banana or other fruit.
i dont know what to do but i am constantly hungry and dont know what to eat between meals. a fruit?
and i started eat low fat white yoghurt with berries for breakfast.
