I have just read that link but I am still slightly confused as according to that my blood pressure is ideal!
Your systolic reading of 105 is excellent
Your diastolic reading of 85 is a little high - ideally should be below 80

But i was told it was fine....maybe it wasn't 85! all I know is that it was defo 105! My GP will no doubt do it again tomorrow though

*She but I know lol....This post originally was just letting everyone know my results lol!! x

Never knew that was possible! ha! Sound stupid really! I have a GP appointment Friday so I will bring it up again with her! I am on gabapentin but I have been on that for nearly 2 months now so surely that isn't a side effect?? Nope no BP meds. I am 20 lol!
Nutritional therapist...never heard of one? What do they do?
Nutritional Therapists work with individuals to enhance their health and general well being through diet and nutrition. I only mention it because a friend was always tired, she assumed that she ate well, is very slim, no health issues, but NT got certain blood tests done that showed certain vitamin deficiencies. The problem with it is that you end up paying for what your GP should be doing, so I hope your appointment went OK. I hope there is nothing wrong with the gas boiler but as you say, with three people in the house, wouldn't a faulty boiler affect everyone, I don't know. Here's a daft story to lighten the mood. My wife kept complaining about smelling gas in our kitchen, which I couldn't smell. We called the Gas Board who did their tests on the meter looking for leaks, nothing. It turned out to be a small fish that the cat had "stolen" from the pond next door, bought into the kitchen and had managed to push under the kitchen units. I had wondered why the kick panel was lying on the floor, just didn't see the fish.

Oh I see so basically a dietician no? Will have to look into it.. I have come more closer to the conclusion that lightheadedness is due to stress, as took my 3 year old niece out today and she had plenty of tantrums throwing herself on the floor in the middle of town and not getting back up....so was getting very stressed and then lightheaded hmph heyho!
And omg did it not smell fishy ahaha?

No, much better informed than a dietician. Dieticians seem to think that everybody is the same, their idea being that we eat less, exercise more and we lose weight. Basically true, just that for some people it is truly much more complicated. It was a dietician who told me (along with my GP at the time) that I didn't eat enough bread and potato. This is while it was quite obvious I needed to lose a few stone and that as a diabetic, more carbs? We're all different. Basically a Nutritional Therapist is not a dietician, but may offer advice on weight issues, as well as other problems, like anorexia, gluten intolerance and all sorts of things.
The degree course that my NT did took three years, she also has a degree in Biochemistry (more relevant than we think) and an MBA, so well clued up. Should anyone consult an NT it is essential to find a qualified NT, sadly it is something people can and do call themselves without doing one of the degree courses available, and there are full and part time course available.

That's what happens when you have a cat.

When animals become ill and need a visit to a vet.......the bills are astronomic and you will either need to be wealthy or try and find an RSPA centre which could also be miles away and hope that they will give treatment. Our cat cost nearly £800 just having 2 teeth removed and being neutered. ....so not cheap

All depends on the cat... I had my old tigger for 20 years.. and he hardly cost me a penny.:( Until the day I had to have him put down....:(

Seems a bit steep, does your vet drive a Rolls Royce by any chance? Vets4Pets have a very good reputation here in High Wycombe, sensible charges and a good deal on vaccinations. Apologies for slightly off topic.

Unfortunately no. I consulted my NT because I wasn't getting anywhere with the NHS. The NHS have this very simple view of obesity and that is that obese people eat too much fatty and sugary food. Whilst eating too much sugary and fatty food will probably make you gain a few pounds (excluding two of my mates who can and do eat absolutely everything and anything), the converse isn't necessarily so. Sorry I've gone off on my soapbox. My point is that the NHS isn't geared up to deal with people with weight problems, only those with eating problems.
I hope that your doctor can shed some light on your tiredness.

A tad confused why are we talking about cats? lol

So I have to pay for the NT???

Someone else started it. LOL and I like cats
NTs will have to be paid unfortunately, so obviously the NHS and your GP Is the place to start. I think that if you feel the GP is getting nowhere with solving the tiredness issue, you might like to Google "NHS Nutritional Therapists", I may have done them a bit of a dis-service. My last experience with NHS dieticians, after being told to eat more bread and potatoes despite being diabetic and fat, was with the Bariatric Surgery Support Group in High Wycombe where they were getting patients who'd had Gastric Bands or Bypasses to eat chocolate and ice cream to get their calorie intake up. Based on that you can see why my view is slightly stinted. The following URL is interesting:- http://www.ion.ac.uk/information/onarchives/spotthedifference.
