NTs will have to be paid unfortunately, so obviously the NHS and your GP Is the place to start. I think that if you feel the GP is getting nowhere with solving the tiredness issue, you might like to Google "NHS Nutritional Therapists", I may have done them a bit of a dis-service. My last experience with NHS dieticians, after being told to eat more bread and potatoes despite being diabetic and fat, was with the Bariatric Surgery Support Group in High Wycombe where they were getting patients who'd had Gastric Bands or Bypasses to eat chocolate and ice cream to get their calorie intake up.
