Blood tests

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last year but have “rabbit in the headlights” syndrome and feeling pretty overwhelmed by it all. Just took my first blood test using care sens that GP gave me that showed 16mmol/l - the app I downloaded ( smart log) wants measurement in mg/dl ? How do I convert it ?
There seems to be another field with K on it and the measurement in mmol/l but it will not accept 16 ? Confused !

16 mmol/L is 16 x 18 = 288mg/dL )Just multiply by 18).

However I believe that you should be able to toggle the machine to read in mmol/L rather than mg/dL

Go to 3.8c above and it shows you how to change the glucose units in the setting s menu
