Can be anyway between 4 to 9 but i am more happy with not below 7 because the risk of hypo is high for me if below 7.

It can depend on a lot of factors but these days I'm usually between 5.3 and 6.3 at around 11.30 pm.

What time do you take your readings and when do you normally have your last meal of the day?

Normally between 5.0 and 7.5 depending and what and when I have eaten though have been lower or higher once in a while, last night was 5.8.

I take my reading two hours after dinner and I have dinner at around 9

That's the same with me.i always need to be above 5 to avoid a hypo

Maybe need to take more insulin with your meal or eat earlier if that's possible?
