Let me ask one question what do you think which test is best for measure body fat percentage ..?? As far as i know water test is best one..??? what is your opinon..? share here

skin fold calliper can be accurate if the person is properly trained.

The water immersion thingie is probably most accurate and can give full body composition, but is a lot more expensive
