Breakfast and lunch

I had completely forgotten about this thread, but since asking I've switched to low carb and it has really proven to be the perfect choice for me. I eat Greek yoghurt with berries for breakfast and eggs + veggies or cottage cheese with different toppings for lunch. And the best part is that I've lost 8kgs, 10cm around my hips and my meter says my average BG is 6.2, so for the first time ever I actually look forward to seeing my endo next Monday :D
 
I will have porridge occasionally but full- cream milk, steel cut , not rolled or "pre-digested a-la readybrek", salt, not sugar.
Eggs as they work for me, bacon, mushrooms, 97% pork sausages. Sometimes full fat yoghurt with berries,
Never bananas as they spike me. I find that low carb steadies my BG better than "carbs for energy"
