I never know what is best for breakfast I normaly get up at 5.30 have to shower,, shave, eat and be out for 6.15 this does not leave me much time for making any thing fancy so i have toast or cereal .What do others eat

Greek full fat yoghurt and a few berries, as an option I have boiled eggs cooked the night before.

Other people on here say they plan beforehand and cook the night before or keep stuff in the freezer to reheat. Some eat as they travel and some have time & a microwave at work. It's all down to organising. Bit if a pain but worth it cos you get a decent start.

Boiled eggs...bought a really loud timer so they can cook while I get ready etc!

Boiled eggs ( the night before ) , slices of ham ( already in fridge ) , slices of cheese ( as ham )
only takes 1-2 minutes to pop a plate together and is delicious and no carb !!

I do not fancy eggs first thing in a morning so I have a serial ... small shredded wheat but have eggs for lunch :hungry:

If having a breakfast... A small ramekin of mixed woodland frozen berries left out overnight with a few desertspoons of greek yogurt. No effort at all and totally yummy.

usually berries with yoghurt, eggs or porridge
