Thanks in advance.

That's a very big drop but walking does help bring levels down as the muscles utilize the glucose for energy. How long after breakfast was your 12,5?My reading was 12.5 after rolled oat breakfast. I walked 45 mins and it was straight down to 6. Is it norma?

No worries at all. You MUST be in control of this and readings (until you work it all out with advice on here) are important pre breakfast / lunch / dinner and at the one hour and two hour points TOGETHER with a list of what you ate. Thanks MikeD
In my opinion it isn't ok. You may want to review some of the medical studies discussed here: http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/14045678.phpFasting reading 5.8
Breakfast wholegrain toast with avocado and some green salad.
1 hour 8.7
2 hours 6.5
Is it ok?
My doctor actually ask me to target 2 hours reading to keep below 8. Is one hour high reading is a worry?
