I have been maintaining my blood sugar for the past 6 months, and it maintains FBG 6-6.5 mmol every morning. Usually after dinner at around 7pm, I would get hungry after 3 hours, so instead of going for something heavy. I will eat around half plate of salted broad beans as snack before I sleep.
