Broke Freestyle Libre

Hello!
I have a device Freestyly libro and now it generates this error and shuts down (((
eventuell funktioniert das lesegerät nicht richtig. Schalten sie das lesegerät ab und versuchen sie es noch einmal
Fall diese Fehlermeldung erneut angezeigt wird, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst

Call technical support no opportunity because I am from another country.

Tell me how this mistake can be corrected that would have earned my Libre?

And the second question, whether there is any application for Iphone which can be replaced if it breaks Libre. I Iphone and it has support for NFC.

Abbott offer the option to email their Support services.

I don't believe this can be used with Apple products (as opposed to Android), but I may be wrong.

Have you tried searching Google for this?
 
My German is pretty basic holiday style but I think it's telling you to try turning it off and on again / to reboot it initially. If that doesn't clear the fault then get in touch with them, I think kundendienst is the customer service? Someone else will come up with a better translation shortly I daresay.
 
Hi there - I use the Freestyle libre and there is an app on the playstore called librelink (I use android however I do believe the app is also available for IOS) - I find the app much more detailed - however - still use the libre reader a couple of times per day as the printed reports off the reader are much more detailed - on android you can only print of the reports day by day but only in pdf format. The app is much better to use daily but I recommend using the reader to print off any reports
 
Believe the problem with iPhone is that Apple reserve NFC for Apple pay and abott are taking to them about this. My libre reader has got confused a couple of times and I find inserting a blood testing strip made it reset itself and start working again.
 
I use the freestyle libre and I'm an apple fan boy so I'm really upset that iPhone is not working with it. However , there is a good news. Libre website says that IPhone app is coming in 2017 so any minute from now
