Hoya again guys and girls just a quick ??? Does anyone no y am bruising myself when I inject is it cos I am pinching to hard???? X
 
Are you rubbing the injection site? I was told not to when I first started on insulin, as doing so would bruise. Also needle goes straight (not crooked) in, inject, count ten, straight out.

Thanks I am such a wimp I hate injections and think I want it done as quickly as poss I am,counting to ten but maybe I am pushing on it a bit hard x
