Hope we are all well.
I started a weight lifting routine this week, I have trained 2 times up to now, but my BS levels seem to have gone a little potty.
Normal I am less than 6.5mmol before I go to bed, even if I have eaten a little late, but in last few days I have been around 8.5mmol when going to bed.
I have not changed the way I eat or anything like that, still low carbing as was say last week.
Does weight lifting increase BS levels?
Any advice is always welcome.
