hi borofergie,thanks for that! the sticks i was told to do them daily via diabetic clinc untill my next visit they are the ones that change colour...yellow green etc,again thanks
Hi Kathy. I think you'll find the general view here is that the most useful testing you can do initially is before eating, then two hous later. The aim is to be back at the before figure after the two hours. Depending on what you ate, there may well be a higher level after one hour. 7.5 after an hour seems pretty reasonable to me and it may well have dropped below 7.0 at the two hour stage which, for me anyway, would be good.
