See this is the trouble with kids, they have a bad habit of growing.I have to sneak up on my son when he's sitting down to box his ears now, he's 35 but I get a few in for future cheek

Ally you have to have a good breakfast, your not eating enough. I eat a lot more than I used to, but differently, and losing weight steadily, believe it or not you have to eat to lose weight. Your bs will come down a lot quicker as well. Keeping your body well fuelled with quality nutrients is like putting a high grade oil in your car engine, it keeps it running smoothly.

4.6 for me so the trend is looking good. Might get an occasional 5 or a 6 but the 4s are becoming regular

They're OK AB Sometimes I feel a little jumpy with them but it doesn't really matter if I'm in 4s or 5s.
