That is a whole foot taller than me, plus half an inch. Mind you most people are taller than me unless they are about 12............

My 13yr old nephew is now bigger than me- luckily his twin is much smaller still!

See this is the trouble with kids, they have a bad habit of growing.I have to sneak up on my son when he's sitting down to box his ears now, he's 35 but I get a few in for future cheek ;);)

Ally you have to have a good breakfast, your not eating enough. I eat a lot more than I used to, but differently, and losing weight steadily, believe it or not you have to eat to lose weight. Your bs will come down a lot quicker as well. Keeping your body well fuelled with quality nutrients is like putting a high grade oil in your car engine, it keeps it running smoothly.

Post 5.8 but that included a large decaff cappuccino and 4 chunks dark chocolate at 1hr

Fasting was 10. :( had a few chips last night and its not doing me any good today. Splitting headache.
