Thankyou yes was lowest reading after food 2 hrs
I had a chicken ceasar salad. Smallish chicken breast lots of parmesan and dressing. I'm really pleased. Did 10 mins on my bike too. A bit slow because of the MS but hey . Let's hope the after supper is as good. Currently at 5.2

After 6.2 I had a buttered kipper Its so nice watching the numbers go down..five and a half weeks into lchf. Lost 1 stone 2 lbs. Just a stone to go the credit had to go to all you lovely people who have encouraged me all the way. Thankyou.

lol well as slips ups go, that's not awful! It looks like you might have got away with it and are still in ketosis anyway, so not much damage done. Forget about it now, it's a lesson learned, that's all. Well done, I'm still proud of you

Oh dear Ally. Those potatoes shouted their message rather loudly and clearly!!

Don't despair. Stick with what you've been doing. There's no doubt that as I lost the last of my weight, my body tolerated all sorts of stuff more readily. It may not feel it, but t is early days for you still.

Amazing results from you both.Great to come back from my jollies and see you have both improved so much.
Ally, those spuds have sent you a message! Great that you managed to bring the spike down again. We all have slip ups and naughty episodes, but as long as we learn from them they have a purpose. I had a big one myself on holiday, but was too much of a coward to test myself afterwards!!!

Lots of people do a microwave mug cake. I've never done it myself, as puds aren't really my thing, so can't help out with the recipe.
