Tried a different type of Tortilla for tea as the last wrap I had a few months ago sent my BS up to 10.0 and took at least 4 hours to come down again. Results were pre tea 5.9, 1 hour - 8.5 (oops), 2 hour - 7.3 and 3 hour - 6.3. It looks as though tortillas albeit the new version can now be back on the menu!

Had an unexpected 6.1 .... got up feeling OK but went south from there and felt lousy during the morning.

High BP when I had my bloods done but doc still insists he's more worried about my long run in the 4s than he is with a 6 or even a 7.

Had had a med student sit in and waxed lyrical about his pin up boy (that would be ME ) "who's done everything to get his condition under control".
