I am currently following the 5:2 fasting diet also low carbing and would really like someone who follows similar for a bit of feed back and support.


Anyone out there up for a bit of buddying :wave:

Hi Andrene, you got it. I have a thread here: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=28731 My Newcastle diet is at the beginning of the thread, my fasting diary is near the end. Next week will be week 4 for me.
