Burgen Bread.

Went to do my usual shop yesterday.
And of course on my shopping list was bread for me.
Walked into the shop and no bread, the shelf where they usually reside has been filled with some own brand c..p!
So, being ever fastidious, I ask the shop assistant, she replies, we don't stock it no more!
So from the co-op, I walk to Iceland and exactly the same thing happens, no Bergen bread. We don't sell it no more!
I'm totally gobsmacked!

The only other place I know that sells it Asda and that's miles away.

Ah well, looks like I will have to do without till the weekend!

What's the world coming to!

I blame the government!

I was told to eat oatmeal bread by dietitian and I can't get it in tesco, asda or sainsbury: only get co-op oatmeal bread which means I have to get on a bus or in car to go to nearest co-op.

I have struggled to get it for a couple of weeks on my Tesco shop - managed to get one this week. Hope I can continue to get it as it's the only one I can eat - no lidl near me and have tried everything else

I got some at the weekend at Tesco, in fact they had smaller loaves of it as well as the big one, so you could have 50% more! Maybe it's just that particular tesco, or that sized Tesco - I go to one of the more massive ones that have opticians, phone shop, electronics etc.
