Burgen bread

I do not have diabetes
Bought today, I think, a new different bread by burgen.
It is sunflower and China seed, it is still around 10g a slice!

It's nice toasted!
 
Oo0h shall have to try that - have recently been converted to the soya and linseed over wholemeal and granary bread and was surprised how much I like it. (By the way, I think it is actually Chia seed - but then again could be Hica or Achi ;-) )
