Is the burning in my thighs anything to do diabetes? The doctor said it would go when I had my new hip done but it hasnt.I'm on pregabalin 600mg daily which is supposed to help my nerve damage

maybe it is hard to say, but many diabetics have got a similar problem... what help the most is to get ones blood glucose really down to normal... but sometimes nerve-damage can not be repaired... you could also take R-alpha-lipoic-Acid and vitamin B12 suplementations best taken with all the other vitamin B´s
 
Have you had Vit B12 and Folate checked? Deficiency in B12 could be significant but, most likely, GP will be skeptical about this
