Calculating carb content

Quick question.i made the low carb pizza base yesterday (almond flour one). How could
I calculate how many carbs the pizza contains? Ta.
 
Alternatively, you weigh your ingredients, look up the food values on the McCance & Widdowson database (UK) or USDA database (US) or software using them. In the US you deduct the fibre from the total carbs. In the UK and EU you don't need to. Then divide the total by either the number of portions the recipe makes or number of people eating it.
 
For any new recipe that contains carbs, I use the carb values on the packaging, or look it up if not available, weigh carby ingredients, do a few sums and divide by portion size. After a while you get to know roughly what the carbs values will be.
