Can antibiotics effect my BG test

My Testing been a bit erratic since I've been on Nitrofurtion. Up and down. Not eaten much as felt so awful. Tired so tired
 
Simple answer is yes, as any number of reasons can do this.

Do you monitor your levels before and 2 hours after as this is recommended, as it does give you a average of where you want your levels to be. Are you low carbing?

You do have to eat, even if it's only a small plate size meal.
 
Its more likely to be the ailment that the antibiotics are treating is the cause of your higher bg levels rather than the antibiotics themselves.
