I can't remember the last time i was 'in range' at the start of eating, i think probably when i was taking the canigliflozin, to give some idea i woke up today on 18 and took the toujeo @ 80 units, 2 hours later i took 8 units of Novorapid and had boiled eggs with toast- wholegrain but it doesn't matter, i've always told the diabetic team bread spikes me and i'm told i have to eat carbs for any quality of life- round and round again we go... Anywhow, so because i ate toast, i passed out and literally woke up at 5.20pm and i'm on 16.8... i just can't get it down, i'm sure the Toujeo isn't doing anything much and no I've no idea what my ratio to carbs is. I have to eat tonight but shall have fat/protein and no carbs but still take the Novorapid again with the hope that they do go down a bit, when i'm this high i can feel my lips burning, feet, legs and all.
