Hi Connor, You could increase your intake of olives, extra virgin olive oil, eat avocados, and plenty of walnuts and almonds?I already eat a strict Vegan diet, how could I go about improving and particularly fats? My diet is extremely low fat naturally.![]()
It is a problem if you are a Vegan, I suppose you'll have to work round it, it will be easier for you than it would have been for the Neanderthals in the last few Ice Ages, it was 'Sapiens' who sorted their destiny out!
