can anyone tell me which fruits are low in sugar content?

It's probably the lowest carb "fruit" we can eat - from memory I think you'd eat 400-500g weight to reach as many carbs as in 100g weight berries.

Yes I'd definitely agree there - it's high in fibre and you can have too much of a good thing... I just meant it as an example of how low in carbs it actually is in relation to our other low carb fruit, but not that you should (want to) eat that much all in one go!!

You used to be able to buy rhubarb pills from the chemist for catharsis!
