Is he trying to make us 'cheesed' off and '(bread) crumbling with the bread remarks.. I'm a bit cream crackered with them!!! Think when Sameer is in a jam next then I will suggest he just buys a bakery.. Or 'rolls' his way to a supermarket...

if you mustb eat bread as said... brown multi grain is better... or rye bread

cheese any but try not to get the low fat cheese just standard cheese will be fine.. hardly any carbs
