Hi everybody
My weight is sixty-two kilograms I like to add Some kilograms
How I Can increase my muscles with diet ?

As I'm a type 1 diabetic I don't really want to start giving advice on type2 diets.
What I will say is that your diet will reflect your body weight. Your current diet may be excellent and your body weight will reflect that, whether it means gaining or losing weight shouldn't be to concerning for you.
To increase your body weight with muscle mass would ultimately require a change to your diet I suspect, along with a training/ exercise regime.
Sorry can't really advise anymore than that,as my diet, for my lifestyle probably wouldn't suit you as a type 2 diabetic.

To increase muscle mass you need to be eating enough natural protein and using the muscles. One or the other on its own will not work. The best exercise is resistance training, and the best source of protein for us is beef and eggs.

If you overdo the protein it may increase your BG, but using your meter you can check if a check in a diet is giving BG problems.

Buy protein powder which you can sprinkle / mix on your food, or make a drink with. This and exercise "should" help you gain weight,

I have taken up dancing and playing the melodeon (they have bellows to push and pull) I have definitely become stronger in my upper body and my legs do not get tired like they used to do - and I can almost run up the stairs.
Some sort of exercise which is enjoyable is always easier to maintain.
I have a trampoline in the garden which I use in the warmer months. That is fun too.

You're are actually not wrong with your question. I have found that ramping up to one meal a day so therefore fasting has at least kept my lean muscle mass, just as Dr Jason Fung said it would, I am delighted. You will need to ensure that you do not short change your protein levels, usually around a palm size of whatever. Focused compound resistance training is an efficient way to build muscle. I like Ted Naiman's http://www.15minutecorporatewarrior.com/podcast/ted-naiman/ attitude, execution and knowledge.
