Brilliant! That's HIIT off the hiit list (see what i did there).i enjoy walking. So walking it is. After dinner (starts Monday!). I find with the LCHF diet i have less energy but im probablt nit doing it right! Thanks for your reply.
But HIIT workouts (like strength training) actually improve insulin sensitivity so you would need less insulin after your workout, up to 24-36h. You will also keep burning calories during that time without doing anything! So you get the benefits of a longer workout condensed in a shorter time

I usually do a bit os steady state cardio right after HIIT or strength training and usually my numbers stay good
