Only time I change mine is if someone asks me to do a test on them.. Then I makesure I change.. If not, omg I cannot remember last time I changed.
Posted pictures of my fingers in another posting a while back.. I do use coconut oil on them everyday to keep them supple and conditioned.

I do too but I hate waste (and expense) so long as the finger is cleaned before use I don't see a problem with reuse.
When I had my last blood test the nurse couldn't get blood so she went in the vein on my other arm...she didn't change the needle either and I'm still here
