Can You Use Freestyle Sensors Without The Reader/ Iphone Only?

I read something that seemed this would be possible, but I’ve since seen some conflicting advice. I had downloaded the app and was ready to head down to Superdrug to buy the sensor. Don’t want it to be a waste of time though! Help?
 
Hello @Helzhelz Yes is the answer to your question - if you have successfully downloaded the app on your iphone then you are ok to use the sensor - I think it's iphone 7 and upwards that are compatible with the app.

As long as you have an Iphone 7 or above its fine. Something to do with the NFC's in the older Iphones not being compatible.
