Canned soup!

Breakfast this morning was some ham and melon. That accounts for today's protein. Some salads left in the fridge for lunch and some more melon for dinner - that with lots of green tea during the day. Probably a bit high on sugar (it's a sweet melon) but I haven't had time to check - hold on - 14.9. Oh dear but it's nothing unusual. Try to do better tomorrow Ann.
