Cant find a cereal that doesn't shoot my blood sugar right up!

Hi, I used to teach and managed on the following shake. A lot of spinach in a nutriboost. I scoop protein powder. 1 banana, 300 ml coconut milk drinkable varietry not tinned. If you can take the calories you can add a teaspoon of coconut oil and a teaspoon peanut butter. I dont think they add a lot to taste but do add to calories. You wont feel hungry and its quick
 
I have Shreddies and it works well (not the frosted ones obvs). Alternatively, have you tried fasting in the morning to ensure it's definitely the breakfast making you go high?
