I use myfitness pal and find it very useful to track carbs. I haven't found any food yet that it has been unable to locate and it's great having brand names and restaurant menu items so I can check how high things are and then make wise choices. It was free and I've found it superior to the carbs and cals app that cost me £3.99. I found that very limited on choices. Eg houmous - I think there were two choices whereas myfitnesspal is loaded with loads of brand choices so you have exact calculations. Can anyone recommend a carb counter app that is british or at least recognises British products etc. Thank you![]()
Good luck ! Let us know how you get on with the weight loss !Thanks everyone... Silly me already had that app... Just wasn't using it! Been told to try 30g of carbs per day to shift 3 stone... Eeeks already not eating carb food but now just need to learn what veg etc it's hiding in. Counting carbs is a new one on me.
