Hi! This isn't really a Low Carb question but one about myfitnesspal. Just wonder how accurate the values are with regards to calories etc and in particular the calories burnt through exercise. Thanks
The calories on the foods seem to be ok although occasionally there are some strange anomalies but over time you build your menu of foods so you can enter your own data - on the energy consumed I use a different app called MapMyWalk which seems to calculate depending on distance covered over time so I have more confidence in that
