Carb Counting Book for Brits - please recommend

    I think I need to get a book about carb counting but the ones I've found on Amazon all seem to be written by Americans for Americans. Can anyone recommend one that is for Brits? I've ordered the Collins Gem one, but am after something that explains the principles of carb counting.
