- Diabetes, not having Jaffa Cake
I actually got some today at Tesco’s only white chocolate as I don’t like peanut butter
I had one… then on other just to be sure
…. It’s not bad.. not great
I guess where ive not had to be strict diet I still feel it’s not a ‘special treat’. But bearing in mind I had more than 1 I did not have any significant increase in bg
So I guess it’s a nice treat for someone that’s been deprived for a while..
While at Tesco I manage to walk past the Jaffa cake… yey
But did come across a diam cheese cake hmm.. I resisted for now
