I think she uses sleep quality as one of the major factors in whether you should introduce some night time carbs. I've never had any issue sleeping on LCHF, so I haven't gone into it all in much detail. Very occasionally if I'm having trouble sleeping for some reason a hot cacao made with coconut milk seems to sort me out.
