I have just looked at the low carb warehouse site - Ok most of it is out of stock but I am aware that they are quoting net carbs a lot of the time on their food items. I know that net carbs means less the fibre but we count it do we not? and if so what effect does the fibre part have on our blood sugars?

I just count the whole carbs. I find it easier as i dont really feel confident about how fibre may or may not affect me.

So if I am reading all of this right. Net carbs are stated and the rest is not counted even though some people say they do affect them and should be counted in. I would not normally get involved with net carbs but the site I was on which I might add is in Northamptonshire mostly doesn't state them, and I am not sure that works very well from what I have read. There doesn't seem to be a concensus so its try and see then. But its a bit iffy not to put the right amount to make the food item look good to us. :?
There was a sugar free maple syrup that looked really good as well
